With talking, texting, Internet access and
a plethora of other options available on phones these days, it's easy to see
how some bills can go overboard. I've heard of bills going into the thousands
of dollars because someone went over their minutes limit and so on. That's not
a huge problem if you are filthy-rich, but most people are not.
